投研部岗位：投研分析师 

Investment Department: Research Analyst

本司投研分析师将负责对一级市场和二级市场进行独立研究，包括尽职调查和行业研究。基于工作涉及大量英语内容分析以及产出，分析师需要能熟练运用英语作为工作语言。

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research independently into the in primary market and secondary market, including due diligence and industry research. In order to use these insights for investment, this candidate should feel comfortable using English as working language.

职责 Responsibilities

1.对加密货币市场进行深入研究，包括赛道研究和单个项目研究，梳理项目信息和数据，并提供有效投资分析；

1.Conduct in-depth research on the cryptocurrency market, including track research and single project research, sort out project information and data, and provide effective analysis for investment;

2.撰写行业研究报告，包括区块链架构、隐私计算、layer2 解决方案、DeFi、NFT 以及相关领域；

2.Conduct reading and writing of industry research reports, including blockchain architecture, privacy computing, layer2 solutions, DeFi, NFT and other fields;

3.通过社交媒体、资本关系网等渠道获取新项目信息和联系方式，与项目团队沟通並跟进项目进展。

3.Obtain new project information and contact information through social media, relationship networks and other channels, communicate with the project team, follow up the project progress.

资历 Qualifications

1.本科或以上学历，数学和计算机专业优先；

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, mathematics and computer is preferred;

2.对区块链和加密货币有热情；

Passion in blockchain and cryptocurrency;

3.责任心强，有良好的组织、沟通和团队协作能力；

Strong sense of responsibility,good organization and coordination skills, communication skills and teamwork skills;

4.英语口语和写作能力优秀，有海外工作 / 学习经验者优先。

Practiced written and oral English, overseas work/study experience is preferred.

运营部岗位： 投后运营 

Operation Department: Operation Officer

本司投后运营师将负责管理投后和品牌运营。基于工作涉及与旗下全球投资组合大量沟通，运营师需要能熟练运用英语作为工作语言。

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing post-investment and branding operations. In order to communicate with global portfolios, this candidate should feel comfortable using English as a working language.

职责 Responsibilities

1.负责品牌运营，在中英文社交媒体渠道撰写和发布内容，提升 ArkStream Capital 在全球和中国的影响力；

1.Responsible for the branding operations, write and publish content in Chinese and English social media channels, and enhance the global and China influence of ArkStream Capital;

2.协助投后管理，积极与投资组合沟通，执行市场策划，包括但不限于文章撰写、组织线上线下活动等；

2.Assist in post-investment management, actively communicate with the portfolios, and execute the market planning, including but not limited to article writing, organizing online and offline events, etc;

3.与国内外服务商（媒体 / 交易所 /KOL）沟通协调，协调资本网络资源；

Communicate and coordinate with domestic and global service providers(media/Exchanges/KOLs), fully mobilize network resources;

4.协助平面设计，包括线上和线下活动、演示日和营销活动的 PPT、海报和表格。

4.Assist in graphic designs including PPT, posters and tabulations for online and offline events, demo days and marketing campaigns。

资历 Qualifications

1.本科或以上学历，具备一定的英语写作能力，有海外工作 / 学习经历者优先；

1.Bachelor's degree or above with the ability of practiced written English, overseas work/study experience is preferred;

2.责任心强，有良好的组织、沟通和团队协作能力；

2.Strong sense of responsibility, good organization and coordination ability, good at communication and teamwork;

3.较强的审美和设计能力，能熟练使用 PPT 和 Photoshop 者优先；

3.Strong aesthetic and design ability, Proficiency in PPT and Photoshop is preferred;

4.热爱区块链技术和加密货币市场，看好 web3.0 的发展。

4.Passion in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency market, and be optimistic about the development of web3.0。
