PlatON is an open financial infrastructure initiated and promoted by the LatticeX Foundation. Built upon the Topos payment and clearing network, it provides enterprise-grade payment solutions for banks, payment institutions, and large commercial organizations. PlatON is constructing a payment “highway” that bridges traditional finance and the digital economy. Equipped with financial-grade capabilities such as high-frequency transaction processing, rapid settlement, and multi-asset smart contracts, it supports global demands including cross-border payments, institutional clearing and settlement, and compliant digital asset management.

01 — Technological Progress

PlatON

PlatON Mainnet Launches V1.5.0 Governance Upgrade Proposal:

1）Implementation of the fourth phase of the PIP-7 proposal: after the upgrade, the PlatON network will no longer support transaction signatures with chain ID 100.

2）Adaptation to Ethereum’s Berlin and London upgrades.

3）For security and performance reasons, optimizations have been made to the contract call parameters, network call parameters, and transaction receipts.

4）The maximum number of validators on PlatON will be adjusted from 201 to 225.

TOPOS Cross-chain Acquiring System

1）Multi-Chain Stablecoin Acquiring System: The delivery to partners has been completed. This system supports stablecoins on PlatON, Ethereum, Polygon, and Tron for B2B/B2C payment scenarios. It accommodates various business scenarios, providing features such as stablecoin recharge for merchants, fixed-amount order payments, no-code invoices, payment link sending, and bulk transfers. Currently, we are collaborating with partners to develop POS terminal software to enable offline stablecoin payment capabilities.

2）POS Offline Receiving Expansion Plan: This month, the basic development of the POS software was completed. It will be showcased at the 2025 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival and further released at Money20/20. The POS offline receiving terminal supports fiat payments, multi-chain stablecoin payments, and PlatON’s ZKPAY, greatly expanding offline merchants’ options for receiving payments from users. In the future, we will rely more on community power to encourage more users to actively participate in network development and profit sharing.

TOPOS RemiNet

We have officially signed with a partner in the Middle East and are currently in the small-scale testing phase of the system. The goal is to complete the testing and launch formal services in April.

TOPOS MINT

The TOPOS MINT system has been successfully delivered and deployed by Feiao Technology to issue a Hong Kong Dollar-backed stablecoin on both PlatON and Ethereum. The partner is actively preparing the application for stablecoin issuance in the Hong Kong region, aiming to support large-scale e-commerce service scenarios.

TOP WALLAT

TOP WALLAT 1.4.0: Enhances the convenience of using the MPC-AA account system. Users can back up key shards using QR code images and simultaneously manage the same AA wallet using different MPC wallets on multiple phones, allowing flexible switching of digital currency wallets between different devices.

TOP WALLAT 1.4.1: Will offer social transfer functions, utilizing ZKPAY’s anonymous transfer capabilities to facilitate fund transfers through social software without exposing wallet addresses, further enhancing user privacy protection.
